About

Training that meets you where you are.

I've been an endurance athlete since I was 13 — chasing finish lines through triathlons, marathons, ultramarathons, Ironman 70.3, and somewhere along the way, falling hard for powerlifting too. Turns out, going long and lifting heavy ask the same thing of you: show up, stay patient, trust the process.

That range shapes how I coach. My clients span endurance athletes, weekend warriors, actors and musicians, and folks well into their 80s still chasing strong. Different bodies, different goals — but the throughline is always the same. Strength isn't built in the gym alone; it's built in how you sleep, what you eat, and how you move through your day. So that's how I coach — lifestyle, nutrition, and movement, woven together. Because real progress is rarely just about the workout.

FAQ

Common questions

Where in Los Angeles do you train?
I train almost all of my clients out of UACTP gym on Beverly Blvd, in the Echo Park area of Los Angeles. Clients come from across the East Side — Silver Lake, Echo Park, Los Feliz, Highland Park, Eagle Rock, Atwater Village, and beyond. Online coaching is available anywhere in the world.
Do you work with beginners?
Absolutely. A lot of my clients come in having never picked up a barbell. We meet you where you are and build from there — no judgment, no assumptions.
What's included in 1-on-1 online coaching?
Fully custom programming, weekly check-ins, video form review, and ongoing adjustments based on how your body is responding. We stay in close contact between sessions.
How long are sessions?
In-person 1-on-1 sessions typically run 60 minutes. Small group sessions run 60–75 minutes.
What does the free consult look like?
A 20-minute call. We talk through your goals, history, and what's worked or hasn't, and figure out if we're the right fit. No sales pitch.
Do you offer nutrition coaching?
Yes — my approach to nutrition is holistic and adapted to each client. Food, sleep, stress, and movement all shape how your body responds to training, so we treat them as one system rather than separate boxes to check.
